Portia’s Purpose Annual
Golf Outing Fundraiser

Date: Friday, August 9, 2024 (Registration to begin May 1, 2024)

Location: High Cliff Golf Course, 5095 Golf Course Road, Sherwood

What is the fundraiser:
Enjoy a day of golfing nine holes along with a post- event party supporting our cause of raising money to support families impacted by childhood cancer.

Schedule of the day:
9:00 am- Registration 

(Range and putting greens open)

10:00 am- Shot gun start

1:00 pm- Post- Golf Reception (Includes Lunch, Raffles, Auction, DJ, and more)

Ways to get involved:

  • Golf & Reception- $90/per person or $360/per foursome

    • includes golf, cart, lunch, and event t-shirt

  • Reception Only- $25/person

    • includes lunch

  • Sponsorship opportunities:

    • Hole sponsor: $200-Business name posted at a hole

    • Platinum sponsor: $2,500- Name/Logo printed on event t-shirts (to be distributed to each golf participant). Name/Logo on all sponsorship boards at events, as well as, on our fundraising page and all social media promotions. Also, includes 4 players.

    • Gold sponsor: $2,000- Name/Logo on all sponsorship boards at the event, as well as on our fundraising page and all social media promotions. Also includes 4 players.

    • Lunch sponsor: $1,500-Name/Logo displayed at lunch buffet table.

    • Silver sponsor: $1,000 - Name/Logo on all sponsorship boards at the event.

    • Beverage cart sponsor: $500- Name/Logo on beverage carts.
